Practcing positive self-talk really works! When i read the book 'Secret' written by Rhonda Byrne, i was shocked. It was a story every people have already known. The Secret informed readers that the most important key to be happy is a positive attitude. It is easy to say, but very hard to practice. I have been practicing since 2007. For now, I can handle even though I get angry. When I feel sad or angry, I used to talk to myself "I am fine. Everythis is under contrl. I can manage. I am attractive, and happy. I don't have to be worried because God is always be my side." :)
ReplyDeleteThoughts become things!
Try to smile! Positive thinking reduces stresses and enjoy life more. Furthermore, positive people live healthier life styles also. They get more Physical activities, ans follow healthier diet.
Don't say any nagative words! Here is the process to think nagatively that are filtering, personalizing, catastrophizing and pollutizing(?). Try to learn to turn think nagative thinking to positive thinking. Its process is simple but it takes time. 1.check yourself 2.be open to humor 3.follw a healthy life style 4.seround you with positive people. 5.practice positive self-talk.
Excellent work, Mio!
ReplyDeleteI agree with the ideas that think positive will help us to have a healthy and non stressful life. The thing is that if we don't believe in us, who is going to do it?. Sometimes we have bad or good days, but in fact is a new day. Every new day gives us the opportunity of grow. That's why we should never forget that every day you have a reason to keep on, the hard work is to find it. We just have to enjoy every minute of our live and think positive. If something bad is happening, learn about it. Sometimes, bad things make us stronger and this will be positive in the future.
ReplyDeleteCristina, I agree with you that our negative experiences in life are like tests to our immune system: we have an expression "what doesn't kill us makes us stronger."
ReplyDeletePositive thinking as I heard is a helpful way to decrease the pressure in your life. Here is the story. It happened with my last semester when I was in level 4 . In level four I had a lot of work to do and it was difficult. As a result I despaired. I didn't know what to do . The stress increase and I couldn't sleep at night . One day I open up and speak with my closest friend who study at U of H about my problem. He laughed at me first and said why don't you smile? I realized that I just woke up from my dream. He said next "think in positive way and you will notice the difference." Then he left me alone. As soon as he left I started thinking of what did he say to me . It was absolutely right .I got his advise and I kept it inside my mind and I will never forget it .
